Andreas Frasnelli studied medicine in Vienna, Austria. After his specialization in Internal Medicine and in- and out-of-hospital Emergency Medicine in Germany and Switzerland he founded frater.swiss in 2016 to develop missing tools for his daily business. He has more than fifteen years of experience in Emergency Medicine and helicopter rescue missions. He holds an Executive Master Degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen and international diplomas of Mountain and Expedition & Wilderness Medicine.

Norbert Eyer who joined frater.swiss in 2024, is a former director of a commercial bank with extensive management know-how. Norbert brings 40 years+ of work experience in the banking sector. Norbert is also a former chairman of the board of directors of the Ice Hockey Club (EHC) Visp Sport AG.

Herold Blumenthal joined frater.swiss as CTO in 2025 and is responsible for the technological direction and development of the technical strategies of the products. He has over 40 years of experience in the chemical and biological pharmaceutical industry in many different areas. He was jointly responsible for many innovative site projects in a large pharmaceutical company in the region, from building and plant planning to the creation and implementation of processes.

Georgette Roten is in charge of frater.swiss’ finances. With over 30 years of experience in banking, business administration, accounting and management training. Georgette brings the skills and knowledge needed to successfully cover all financial and administrative tasks of frater.swiss.

Gabriela Bonani takes care of frater.swiss’ quality management. She has a vast experience in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Management of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Gabriela brings more than 20 years of experience within pharmaceutical multinationals to the frater.swiss team. Gabriela is very acquainted with the various international standards, guidelines and their implications for the development of market entry strategies in the European Union.

Dr. Konstanze Schiessl joined frater.swiss in 2026 to support our dilutive and non-dilutive funding strategies, powering our vision to advance emergency care. She also supports the management team with strategic financial planning and investor relations. Konstanze brings over six years of deep-tech startup experience, with a proven track record of securing non-dilutive grants (over 1M CHF) and contributing to successful fundraising rounds.

Kilian Carrarini supports frater.swiss since 2022 as advisor. He has more than 30 years of experience in business development, financial analysis & company building in different industries and countries. He holds a MA BA, University of Zürich and is a member of the management board at TBF Partner and TBF Ventures.

Albin Crettol supports frater.swiss since 2026 as advisor. He brings over 25 years of experience driving sales and market share of leading investment banks, including Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. He is Founder and Managing Partner at Pangea Capital Markets AG, where he helps raising capital for innovative companies and connecting leading asset managers with investors. He attended CAS Board Program at HSG St Gallen, Corporate Innovation at Stanford University GSB, and holds a MA from College of Europe and BA from Sciences-Po.
